MANUFACTURERS' CONCERN A VISITOR'S IMPRESSIONS Press Association—By Telegraph —Copyright SYDNEY, August 9. (Received August 10, at 11 a.m.) Sir Charles Marr, M.P., who has returned from a visit to New Zealand, said that New Zealand manufacturers were becoming concerned at the rate at which imports from Australia were increasing, and that a move for tho adjustment of trade relations must soon be forthcoming. Ho added that New Zealand manufacturers had now to meet the additional costs resulting from the introduction of the 40-hour week and tho restoration of wage cuts made during the depression, and they did not know where they were.
