It is considered likely that Count Ciano will visit London or that Mr Neville Chamberlain will visit Rome. OVERTURES TO FRANCE CARDINAL OERUTTrS VISIT. PARIS, August 9. (Received August 10, at 8 a.m.) Considerable interest is attached to Cardinal Cerutti’s visit to M. Chautemps, whom he informed of the'ltalian Government’s view that the improvement in Anglo-Italian relations should he followed by better Francd-Italian relations. This indicates that Signor Mussolini has abandoned his recent policy of seeking to separate Britain and France.
