Doyle, P._ Chamberlain won. tho South Island pigeon title at Sockbnrn. 'the conditions for the championship were 17 birds at 28yds. Chamberlain, Grenneil, AAilson, ami Doyle all had one miss after 17 rounds and took part in a five-bird shoot-off. They shared £2l optional sweep prize money.
