LONDON, August B.—The eldest and the youngest of the quadruplets died despite the administration of'oxygen. LESSON IN ROAD MANNERS. Motorists and pedestrians alike received a novel lesson in road manners at the 1 Star ’ corner this afternoon, amplified directions from a car parked at the kerb being given by a traffic inspector, the big crowd on the sidewalks enjoying the- many humorous episodes immensely. This system of directing traffic is used extensively in America, and may be adopted in Dunedin. The system has already been given a trial in the other centres of the Dominion.
