THE A.O.E. RECIPE fc RHUBARB JAM At this time of the year the jam shelf has often to bo replenished, and now that rhubarb is plentiful we can make rhubarb jam. Rhubarb. 61b. Orange, 1. Lemon, 1. Figs, 11b. Sugar, 51b. Method; Chop the rhubarb, wash and mince the orange and lemon, and mince the figs. Mix all together with the sugar. Simmer for about three hours. When the test is given seal in sterilised jars.
