REPLICA OF AMERICA’S CUP. The identity of this miniature of the America’s Cup, won again this week by Mr H. Vanderbilt, was a mystery for 15 years to its owner, Mr W. Reid, of the Reserves Department, until last week, when he compared his miniature with a Press photograph of the famous trophy. This smaller edition of it stands 4½ in in height, and is identical with the cup proper in every respect. It was purchased in England from a (Manchester pawnbroker, and is modelled in silver.
