OTAGO V. SOUTHLAND AT INVERCARGILL TO-MORROW SEVEN CHANGES IN OTAGO TEAM Only eight members of the _ Otago team that met Southland. at Carisbrook last Saturday will play in the return match between the provinces at Invercargill to-morrow afternoon. Nevertheless, a fairly good side has been chosen, and should contest matters closely with the Southlandcrs. It is anticipated that nearly 2,000 people will travel south from Dunedin to sco the game. 'who are among the 20 players selected to train at Otaki, in the North Island, prior to the choosing of the New Zealand team to meet the Springboks in the first test at Wellington to-morrow week, were unable to make the trip south, and for other reasons Vorrath, Green, and Niven were not available. Of the 43 games played at Dunedin Otago has won 30, Southland 11, and two nave been drawn. Of the 41 games played at Invercargill Otago has won 12, Southland 25, and four have been drawn. RAILWAY ARRANGEMENTS. Although it will not be of the dimensions of last week’s “invasion” from Southland, the trek of Dunedin Rugby enthusiasts to Invercargill for the match to-morrow will considerably swell the attendance at Rugby Park. Bookings by the special trains total about 1,000, and these excursionists, along with those who do not reserve their seats, wilt he provided for by three trains, leaving Dunedin at 6.40 this evening and 7.30 and 8 a.m. tomorrow. Provision will also he made for those who prefer to travel by tomorrow morning’s express but they, of course, cannot take advantage of the excursion rates. For passengers who wish to return to-morrow evening a special train will ho despatched from Invercargill at 6.40, and is due here at 11.18, hut it is probable that the majority will remain for the week-end and come home by one of the four trains which will leave between 5.25 and 7.15 on Sunday evening.
