RAILWAY IMPROVEMENTS

The London and North-eastern Railway is undertaking improvements to about 900 stations in the southern half of its system, including the three termini in London-King’s Cross, Liverpool Street, and Marylebone stations. The improvements include modernisation of the layout, more comfor '.able waiting accommodation, and letter lighting.
