PRISONERS SENTENCED
[Pee United Press Association.] NAPIER, August 4. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Reed ; —Sidney Patterson Fairhall, a seaman, assault causing bodily harm, 15 months’ hard labour; Johii Kapuaroa, a native, breaking and entering and theft, also breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime, 18 months’ reformative detention, the sentences to be concurrent.
