OTAGO CLUB V. TRAMWAYMEH Teams representing the Otago Club and the Tramwaymen played a six-a-side match in the Otago Chess Club’s rooms last evening. Each player played one game. Results;— O.C.C. Mr AV. Herbert, on behalf of the Otago Club, extended a welcome to the Tramway players, and expressed the wish that the match would be the forerunner of many others between the Otago Club and the Tramwaymen. Mr C. AVatson, on behalf of the Tramwuymeu, acknowledged the hospitality extended to the visitors, and-hoped that on the next occasion they met the Tramwaymen would have developed sufficient strength to reverse the decision.
