A TOURIST'S MISTAKE THOUGHT AUSTRALIA PART OF NEW ZEALAND Press - Association —By Telegraph—Copy light SYDNEY, June 30. The Sydney ‘ Sun ’ features a photograph and an interview with an overseas visitor, who arrived by the Wanganella to-day and who “likes this part of New Zealand.” His name is Mr Joseph Brown, from the south of France. Mr Brawn told an interviewer that he had never enjoyed himself so much, and never previously had he met people so kindly and thoughtful. He added: “ You have a wonderful country.” ■“But,” inquired the interviewer, “ What cities in this country have you seen, enabling you to form an opinion?” “ Ob, Auckland,” Mr Brown replied. Fellow-passengers said they thought that Mr Brown regarded Australia as a New Zealand colony. j Mr Brown left the wharf sniffing with obvious appreciation of the bracing New Zealand air.
