ITALIAN PROPAGANDA DISSEMINATION IN PALESTINE AND ARABIA (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, June 28. In the House of Commons the Secretary for Foreign Affairs (Mr Anthony Eden) answered a question concerning anti-British propaganda disseminated by Italians in Palestine and Arabia and also whether ho proposed to protest to the Italian Government against its continuance. Mr Eden said that the British Government took strong objection to this propaganda. The British Ambassador at Rome (Sir Eric Drummond) had more than once made representations to the Italian Government and lie himself had spoken of the matter to the Italian Ambassador at London (Signor Grandi) a fortnight ago. Mr Eden replied in the affirmative to further questions, asking whether any undertaking had been given by the Italian Government and whether it was not against international custom for propaganda to bo indulged in by a country with which Britain was at peace.
