HUNTER ESTATE CASE
EVIDENCE OF LADY HUNTER [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, June 29. When the Hunter estate case was continued to-day. Lady Hunter, giving evidence, said tiiat under Sir George Hunter’s will she took the net income of the estate until her remarriage, when it was reduced to £1,500 a year. For the first two years and a-half after her husband’s death sbo received nothing. Finally she applied to the court under the Family Protection Act, and an order was made for £7 13s a week, .which was debited against her future income. It was not until five years agter Sir George Hunter’® death that
she received the estate accounts. She then decided that she had sufficient evidence for a complete investigation. She took advice last year, and as a result obtained reports from farm experts. The case will be continued to-mor-row.
