REBELS IN BILBAO WHOLE FAMILIES MASSACRED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright SANTANDER, June 28, Refugees from Bilbao assert that the insurgents are committing atrocities. In tho working class quarter there the rebels massacred 10 families in one street and killed 100 civilians and militiamen without a trial at Portgualete and 150 persons at Scstao. It is also alleged that they burned a building in which non-combatants were sheltering at Arboldeda, killing 100 persons, LOYALIST OIL TANKER FIRED AT MARSEILLES, June 28. The Spanish Government oil tanker Campero arrived here, and tho captain reports that an insurgent submarine attacked the vessel on May 24. A torpedo struck the Campero, but no casualties resulted. An officer of the tanlker states that tho rebel warship, the Canarias, previously shelled tho Campero, which was hit several times. PLIGHT OF THE WOUNDED TEN THOUSAND IN SANTANDER. BARIS, June 28. (Received June 29, at 1.30 p.m.) Only 60,000 refugees were evacuated from Santander, leaving 400,000, in addition to 10,000 wounded. President Aguire, telegraphing to Senor Juan Garcia, head of the Basque delegation to Paris, declares that tho wounded will die if tho medicines for which he appeals are not received within 10 days. NAVAL CONTROL SCHEME ITALO-GERMAN ATTITUDE. ROME, June 28.
