URGENT NEED FOR COLONIES ACHIEVEMENT OF EMAUTV Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, Juno 28. “ You may he u suro that Germany will'continue to bring up the colonial question until her urgent and legitimate desires are fulfilled,” declared General Hermann Goering, Minister of Air, opening the ninth congress of the International Chambers of Commerce, which is being attended by delegates from 40 nations, including Britain. “ The restoration of an adequate basis of economic life and prosperity,” General Goering continued, “is another condition for the lull achievement of equality, which is the reason for Germany’s gigantic rearmament.” General Goering instanced Germany’s recent attitude, “ in the face of provocation from the Red Spanish forces,” as proof of German pacifism. General Goering added: “ Indeed, as far as it depends on Germany, there will nob be another war. The great work of reconstruction that Herr Hitler has inaugurated can only be completed in peace time.”IRON ORE WANTED SELF-SUFFICIENCY CAMPAIGN. WURZBURG (Bavaria), Juno 27. Herr Hitler, referring to tho fouryear plan of economic self-sufficiency, said: “ Germany needs to import iron ore. That is why wo want a Nationalist Government in Spain.”
