She went into dock to-day for cleaning and painting, and is to load at Dunedin to-morrow for Wellington and Wanganui, via ports. Port Waikato, was despatched on Staurday for Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland, and Whangarei, via ports. Holmlea has been delayed in the north by rain and is now to load here on Wednesday for Wellington, New Plymouth, and Port Waikato, via Timaru and Lyttelton. Holmdale is to load here on Thursday for Picton and Wanganui, via ports. Waimarino arrived at Dunedin on Saturday and after discharging general cargo from northern ports, sailed again for Bluff. She is to return to-morrow to load for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Auckland. Waipahi is due here on Thursday to load for Wellington, Nelson, and New Plymouth, via ports. Waipiata is due on Friday from Auckland (where she left to-day), via ports. Wingatui is scheduled to load at Auckland on Saturday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru. —Overseas.— Waitaki is due here to-morrow morning from Melbourne, via Bluff. Sho is to sail the same day, for Lyttelton and Wellington. _ Newton ’ Elm arrived at Dunedin on Saturday morning to complete discharge of her cargo of hardwood from Bunbury, /To complete loading for Japan, the O.S.K. Line motor ship Melbourne Maru sailed on Saturday for Lyttelton. The vessel took a small consignment of sheep from Dunedin and is to load about 1,000 more at the northern port. The Stockwell, having completed discharge of her New York cargo to the agency of the Port Line, sailed on Saturday for Port Kembla for bunkers. The Federal steamer Kent, from Liverpool via Suva and Lyttelton, is now due here on Thursday to complete discharge and commence Homeward loading. Anretta left Ocean Island on June 12 for Ravensbourne and Dunedin via Lyttelton. She is due at Ravensbourne to-morow. Rangitiki is due her© from London via northern ports on July 6 to discharge, and will return from Bluff on July 19 to load and sail for .Lyttelton and Wellington, whence she will sail about July 29 for London. . AUSTRALIA-NEW ZEALAND. Wanganella sailed from Auckland on Saturday for Sydney, where she is due on June 30. Gabriella was fixed to load timber at Grafton, New South Wales, on May 30 for Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She will also bring a quantity of general cargo from Newcastle and Eden for the two northern ports. She sailed from Clarence River on June 11, and left Edithburg on June 2L Kekerangu was to load in South Australia early in June for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She left finally from Melbourne on June 14, arrived at Auckland on June 21, and is due here about the end of the month. Maunganui left Wellington on Saturday for Sydney, where she is expected on June 30. Waikouaiti cleared Sydney on Saturday for Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin . Waiana, from Barry (Wales), arrived at Auckland on Juno 20, and is expected at Dunedin about July 1 via Portland and Wellington. Waitaki left Melbourne on June 24 for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due here to-mor-row, and will sail the same evening.

TRANSPACIFIC MAIL SERVICES. —Northbound. — Monterey left Melbourne on June 21, and Sydney on Friday for Auckland (where she was due to-day), Suva, Pago Pago, Honolulu, Los Angeles (July 12), and San Francisco (July 13). Monowai left Sydney on June 10, for Vancouver, arrived at Auckland on June 14, left there on June 15, arrived at Suva on June 18, and is duo at Vancouver on July 2. Niagara is to leave Sydney on July 8 for Auckland, where she is expected on July 12, to sail the following day for Vancouver via Suva (July 16), Honolulu (July 23), and Victoria (July 29). She is expected at Vancouver on July 30. Mariposa is to leave Sydney on July 23 for Auckland, Suva, Pago Pago, Honolulu, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. She is expected at Auckland on July 26, and at San Francisco on August 10. —Southbound.— Aorangi left Vancouver on May 12 for Auckland and Sydney via Honolulu (May 19) and Suva (May 28). She arrived at Auckland on June 1, and sailed on Juno 2 for Sydney, where she arrived on June 5. She is temporarily withdrawn from the service to August 5 for engine room repairs. Niagara left Vancouver on June 8 for Sydney via Honolulu, Suva, and Auckland. She arrived at Honolulu on June 16, at Suva on June 25, and is due at Auckland to-day, and sails the following day from that port, arriving at Sydney on July 3. Mariposa left San Francisco on Juno 22 and Los Angeles on June 23 for Auckland via Honolulu, Pago Pago, and Suva. She is due at Auckland on July 9, to sail for Sydney, where she is duo on July 12, and at Melbourne on July 15. Monterey is to leave San Francisco on July 20 for Sydney via Honolulu Suva, and Auckland.
