WHITTAKER WILL CASE

JUDGE FINDS FOR LATEST INSTRUMENT [Per United Press Association.] HAMILTON, June 24. After a prolonged hearing, which extended over 10 days, the Whittaker will dispute was terminated. it has been the longest case ever to occupy the Supreme Court in Hamilton. Mr Justice Fair delivered his decision that the instrument, dated January 31, 193(5, purporting to be the last will and testament of the late Janie M. Whittaker, widow, of Rotorua, be admitted to probate, and, further, that the claim of the two defendants, Jessie Armstrong and Roma Jean Armstrong, that the court should pronounce that the instrument, dated October 27. 1925, and the codicil of March 2, 1927, bo admitted to probate, be dismissed. The question of costs was reserved, pending consideration of the written arguments to be submitted by counsel. The case concerned the validity of the second will of Mrs Whittaker.
