RACIAL PURITY
ITALIAN DEGREE IN ABYSSINIA Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, June 24. (Received June 25, at 1 p.m.) In order to preserve tho purity of the Italian race in Abyssinia a decree prohibits male Italians having conjugal relations with native women. The penalty is from one to five years’ imprisonment.
