TRADE NEGOTIATIONS TO BE OPENED Press Association—By Telegraph—Cory right TOKIO, June 23. (Received June 24, at 11 a.m.) Following informal conversations in Loudon, tho Japanese Foreign Office has instructed Mr Yoshida to open formal negotiations with Dir Eden with a view to a readjustment of BritishJapanese relations, principally in the matter of trade.
