(Received June 24, at 11 a.m.) Judgment was delivered in favour of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company, who asked for a reversal of the decision of the official receiver, who, as liquidator of the White Star, rejected the Royal Mail Company’s claim to hold shares valued at £2,751,000. It was Stated that the Commonwealth of Australia, which was a creditor of the White Star for £700,000, supported the rejection of the Royal Mail Company’s claim, which arose from a series of contracts for sales of shares in the Oceanic Steam Navigation Company. The judge, in holding that the Royal Mail had succeeded, granted an extension of time for, leave to' appeal.
