MRS NORTON CONVICTED
MISUSING THE MAILS CLARK CABLE INVOLVED IN CASE ress Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ' LOS ANGELES, April 24., Mrs Norton was convicted of missing the mails, but she was acquitted n the charge of conspiracy. She will e sentenced on May 3. The maximum sentence for the large is five years in prison and a ne of l,ooodol. Mrs Norton’s attorney said he would sk for a probation permit to allow bis lient to leave the United States. If he permit was refused he would apeal.
