STABBING AFFRAY
FURTHER REMAND GRANTED WOUNDED INDIAN STILL IN HOSPITAL “ Jafaidalce is still in hospital in a serious condition, although there are not likely to bo any complications now,” said Chief-detective Young, in the Police Court this morning, when applying for a further remand in the case in which Jumsherallee was charged with wounding his fellow countryman in a stabbing affray on the vessel ; Olivebank at llavensbourno on April 9. Mr Young said that it would be impossible for the case to go forward to the Supreme Court sessions commencing on Monday next. Jumsherallee was remanded until May 17, Mr J. G. Warrington consenting on behalf of the accused.
