Troyanovski) in an address,- claimed" that the Soviet was one of the pillars of world peace. He said;- “When the struggle between imperfect democracy and perfect Fascism comes we will be ready to throw all our influence on the side of democracy. My Government is formal democracy, with an emergency dictator.” He praised the Spanish people for fighting to save democracy, and termed the Trotsky trial in Mexico as a flop. He'>aid the mountain had given birth to a mouse.
