HAWES.—On April 18, at “ Quendon ” (Nurse Leedeu’s), Market street, St. Kilda, to Mr and Mrs C. S. Hawes, 33 Dundonald street, Anderson’s Bay—a son.
SMITH.—On 17th April, at “El Nido ” (Nurse Cupples's), Dunedin, to Mr and Mrs P. Deohan Smith, Tahakopa—a son.
