EREEDOM OF SPEECH AND RELIGION EXISTENCE REVEALED BY PAMPHLET Press Association—By Telegraph— Copyright BERLIN, April 10. A widely-circulated pamphlet reveals the existence of a new German party’— the “ German Freedom Party ” —whose membership it is claimed already includes resolute men and women of all conditions and professions. In its ranks are fighting Catholics, Protestants, Nationalists, Socialists, Democrats, and even Nazis. The party’s programme is stated to be “ freedom of speech, free elections, religious liberty, and peaceful understandings with all nations, particularly France, Poland, and Czechoslovakia.” It also demands the withdrawal of German troops from General Franco’s armies. The pamphlet concludes : “ Friends, act cleverly and propagate carefully. To-day only a few hundreds are with us, but soon there will be thousands, and later millions.”
