GIRLS FOR FAR EAST
A SOVIET PLAN Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright MOSCOW, April 11. (Received April 12, at noon.) The Soviet is sending 20,000 girls to Far Eastern territories with a view to eliminating the predominance of males. The'first contngent will depart from Moscow for Vladivostock on the 15th inst. Many of the girls will be given posts in the army and navy border guard.
