KILLED IN LONDON. LONDON,. April 9. Gunner Arthur Percy Sullivan, who was awarded the Victoria Cross in 1919, and who was a member of the Australian Coronation contingent, was knocked down and killed by a pedal cyclist in Birdcage Walk this evening.
