SUBSTANTIAL BEQUESTS TO CHARITIES WILL OF LATE RICHARD JAMIESON •The estate of the late Richard Jamieson, warehouseman, of Dunedin, has been sworn for probate purposes at under £160,000. Under the terms of the will the' following bequests of a charitable nature are made:— £I,OOO to the Maori Hill Presbyterian Church to apply to the extinguishing of the debt on the new church if any should exist at the time of his death. £IOO to the Maori Hill Presbyterian Church Foreign Mission towards the salary of the church foreign missioner or missions. £I,OOO to the Home Missions of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand. £2,000 to the Presbyterian Social Service Association. £I,OOO to the Salvation Army, Dunedin. £I,OOO to the Presbyterian Boys’ College Board of Governors, to be applied for such purpose in connection with the working and management of John M'Glashan College as the board may deem desirable.
