IN order to furnish Ratepayers with full information as to the Council’s proposals with respect to the proposed Streets Improvement Loan -of £IOO,OOO, upon which a Poll is to be taken on THURSDAY, the 22nd inst., arrangements have been made for Public Meetings in each of the undermentioned Halls, when addresses will be delivered by members of the Council, and the scope of the proposed works, and the need therefore, explained in detail.
