Knight (>eiv South Wales). The members are all either State or Commonwealth champions, and Knight was the Empire champion m 1934. the trainer is N. M'Auley, and the manager T<. J., Ellis, who has been in hospital in Melbourne owing to trouble to his. right eye, informed the jockey, M'Carten, that he hoped, to leave the hospital this week and return to New Zealand. _ It isfeared that Ellis may lose the sight ot his eye.
