ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
CRITICAL INJURY. Severe injuries were suffered by $ Greendale resident, Henry A. Kay, when the motor cycle he was riding collided with a lorry near Darfield (Canterbury). He suffered fractures of the left thigh and leg, right leg, and right ribs. His condition last even-, ing was critical. FELL OFF TROLLEY. A fractured left leg was received by Allison Douglas, aged 11, residing at 17 Fea street, Dalmore, when she fell off a trolley, while playing_ at her home yesterday. She was'admitted to the Hospital at 4.45 p.m. GIRL FRACTURES ARM. Helen Lunn, aged 11, residing at 37 English avenue, Momington, fractured her right forearm when she fell from a swing last night. She was admitted to the Hospital at 8.45.
