UNIFORM FUND A gratifying response to appeals for funds to equip the Dunedin . Highland Pipe Band with new uniforms was reported at a meeting of the Finance Committee last night. Mr John Hope presided. Numerous letters were received from business firms and citizens, all expressing appreciation of this worthy object, and wishing the committee every success in its endeavours.
