SAND CASTLE BUILDING
Given fine weather this competition arranged for the children at St. Clair to-morrow should prove a great attraction. The whole afternoon will be given over to displays on the sand and in the water. The local life saving teams will be in action with swimming and canoe races. Competitions for children under eight have also been arranged, but the big event is limited to those from 8 to 12 years inclusive. At the order of the Metropolitan Commissioner, Boy Scouts in uniform are requested to assist as patrols, and to be on hand at 1.45.
