The following officers for 1937 were elected at a meeting of the Council ol the New Zealand Institute of Architects ;—President, Mr Cecil W. Wood (Christchurch); honorary secretary, Mr F. E. Greenish (Wellington); honorary treasurer, Mr F. H. Swan (Wellington) ; Executive and Finance Committee—Messrs Cecil W. Wood. W. Gray Young, C. H. Mitchell, 13. H. de J. Clere. J. M. Dawson, H. C. Morton, F. E. Greenish, F. H. Swan, W. J. M'Keon, and W. K. Cook; Education Committee Messrs Cecil W Wood, L. S. Piper, H. L. Murray, R. A. Abbott, E. L. Moodie, B. A. Lippincott, and W. H. Glimmer; Committee of Practice and Discipline—Messrs Cecil W. Wood, P. Y. Wales, H. Mandeno, O. E. Macfie, H. M'Dowell Smith, E. S. C. Miller, and R. H. Fraser; Legislative Committee— Messrs Cecil W. Wood, E. Greenish, J. M. Dawson, and H. C. Morton. It was decided to hold the next annual conference at Wellington.
