TO TAKE PLACE NEXT MONTH Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright HONGKONG, February 17. One thousand troops from the Singapore garrison, a squadron of flying boats, and 25 warships from the China station will participate in the largest manoeuvres in Hongkong history in the middle of March.
