ANALYSIS OF RESULTS Tress Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BOMBAY, February 17. . An; analysis of the results of the General Election to date shows that the Congress secured 371 seats and the Constitutionalists 642, with 70 seats not yet declared, out of a total of 1,083. There are still a few elected waverers who may declare for the Congress.
