HUNGRY GERMANS
Shortage of food in Germany has been responsible for the unusual appearance on the Polish-German border of thousands of German visitors every Sunday or week-end, who come for the purpose of “ eating a good meal.” On a recent week-end oyer 5,000 Germans paid visits to various places on the border, and left after, having their •meals and buying food;for the family.
