DIVORCES GRANTED Decrees nisi were granted by His Honour Mr Justice Kennedy in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon in the following divorce cases: — Elizabeth Brown (petitioner) v. James Brown (respondent), on the grounds of desertion. Mr G. T. Baylee appeared for the petitioner. Lena Dora Norton (petitioner) v. Herbert William Norton (respondent), on the grounds of mutual separation for over three years. Mr C. J. L. White appeared for the petitioner. Joan Graham Johnson (petitioner) v. Alan Seymour Johnson (respondent), on the grounds of separation for over three years. Mr C. J. L. White appeared for the petitioner, who was granted interim custody of the child of the marriage. Decrees were made absolute in the following cases: —James Hodge White v. Gladys Eunice White, Blanche Mary Haynes v. Herbert Ernest Haynes, David Ireland v. Veronica Jane Ireland, Eileen Phoebe Kempthorne v. William Oak Kempthorne, Evelyn Florence M'Kenzie v. George Ronald M'Kenzie, Edith Nahala M'Neill v. William Barron M'Neill, Brian Hamilton Moss v. Madeline Mary Moss, and Rosanna Jackson v. James Jackson.
