SOUTH DUNEDIN TOWN HALL DANCE
Held every Thursday, this dance is proving the most popular mid-week dance in the city. Last week close on 300 patrons enjoyed four hours of continuous dancing. The management ha* now installed Hogg’s sound system. Miss Joyce Lall was very warmly received for her singing of ‘ It’s a Sin to Tell a Lie.’ She will be heard again next Thursday. The music supplied by Bachop’s Royal Star Band leaves little to be desired, and next week a carnival night is to be held.
