WHAT FIRST WOOL SALE REALISED [Per United Press Association.! WELLINGTON, January 7. The New Zealand Woolbrokers’ Aa* sociation reports that at the first Wellington wool salej held on December 9, 30,126 bales were offered, 29,792 sold, and 334 passed in. The net weight sold was 10.681,7841 b. gross, the proceeds £650,663 2s 8d; the average pen bale, £2l 16s lOd, and the average per pound 14,619 d. At last season’s first sale the realisation wap £l2 12s per bale.
