FOR THE CORONATION
NEW ZEALAND CONTINGENT CABINET SECURING REPORTS [Special to the ' Star.’! WELLINGTON, December 5. New Zealand is to he represented by a military contingent in the Coronation procession, but the size of the party and its constitution have not yet been decided. A question to the Prime Minister on the subject elicited the information that the Minister of Defence (the Hon. F. Jones) is securing reports from the military authorities, and these, with a large number of suggestions from other quarters, will be considered shortly by Cabinet. “ We are just as anxious as other countries of the Empire to be represented in this way,” added Mr Savage, “ but we cannot do everything which is asked. It is a question of size, and the cost.”
