SUCCESSFUL APPEAL
JUDGMENT REVERSED [Per United Press Association.]- ; WELLINGTON, November 13. An appeal against the judgment of Chief Justice Sir Michael Myers in a caso heard in the Appeal Court on October 8 of the Auto Machine Manufacturing Company against the Canadian Government Merchant Marine for £661 13s 4d damages to a shipment of wire which rusted while in transit on the Canadian Highlander from Halifax to Wellington was allowed in a judgment given this morning, and Sir Michael Myers’s judgment was reversed, with costs.
