TUESDAY, AUGUST 11. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) UNDEFENDED CASES. Judgment (with costs) was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—F. R. Loughran v. George O’Kane, £4 13s 9d. board and lodging and money lent; Edward Kerr v. E. H. Taylor (Invercargill), £6 'ls Gd, goods supplied; Thomsons Ltd. v. James Patterson (Reeftoil), £6 18s Cd, dishonoured promissory note. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Daniel Adair was proceeded against by 11. Mitchell on a judgment summons, t.he plaintiff claiming’ to recover -£5 11s.—An order was made for paymnet of the sum, with costs (12s) 1 ,, in default six days’ imprisonment. CLAIM FOR POSSESSION. Percy Burall Courtis (Timaru) proceeded against John Paul Carruthers Cumberbeacli. claiming possession of a property and dwelling situated at 89 Melbourne street. South Dunedin, the defendant having failed to pay the principal and interest on a mortgage amounting to £l5B 12s sd.—An order was made for possession on or before August 18j with costs (£2 2s), .> ■ •
