COLLAPSE IN STREET
CHIEF OF TOTAUSATOB STAFF [Pee United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, August 11. R. W. Arnold, chief of the Riccarton totalisator staff, collapsed and died in Cathedral Square this morning. Mr Arnold was 70 years old, and had held the position at Riccarton for many years. Before his retirement five years ago he was in charge of Dalgety’s shipping department in Christchurch.
