ILLEGAL OPERATION CHARGE
VENUE OF HEARING CHANGED [Psx United, Press Association.] NAPIER, August 10. The retrial of Isabel Annie Aves alias Craike, of Hastings, on a charge of unlawfully using an instrument will be heard at the next criminal session of the Supreme Court at Wellington. An order to this effect was made by Air Justice Blair this morning, on the application of the Crown Prosecutor (Air H. B. Lusk), Air C. G. Barker opposing. Bail in £I,OOO, with two sureties of £SOO each, was allowed.
