Rescue Lodge, No. 105. hold its weekly meeting in the Oddfellow’s Hall, Kensington, Chief Templar, Bro. W. A. lies presiding over a good attendance of members. The supt. of juvenile work, Bro. T. Brookes, reported favourably on Iho Star of the South Juvenile 'Temple, after which the election of officers -wiis held, resulting as follows:—Chief Templar, Bro. Al‘Curdy; vice-Tcmplar, Sister D. Aliller: Chaplain, Sister Gain (re-elected); F.G.T.. Bro. W. A. lies; Alarshal, Bro. V. Rowe ; secretary, Bro. R. Hall (re-elected) ; reporter, Bro. T. Brookes (Te-clected) : sentinel, Sister R. Smith; guard. Sister Miller jun. The Star of the South Juvenile Temple, No. 15. held its weekly meeting in the Oddfellows Hall, Kensington, Chief Templar, Sister Al. Aliddlemiss presided over a fair attendance of members, with Supt, Bro. T. Brooks in charge. The Rev. Tasker, of the Methodist Central Mission, spoke to the members on the evils of alcohol, and urged all members to keep true to their pledge. The election of _ officers resulted: Chief Templar, Sister E. Gibbs: V.T.. Sister Gibbs jun.; P.C.T.. Sister M. Aliddlcmiss: secretary. Sister P. Uimdo; guard, Bro. Buudo. A practice was held lor the anniversary concert.
