The monthly meeting of the St. Kilda branch of the New Zealand Labour Partv was held recently in the St. Kilda Town- Hall, the president (Mr Clinch) presiding. Mr Johnson and Mr Lnnain addressed the members on the rules of the constitution. The Post-master-General (Hon. E. Jones) apologised for non-attendance.
