TURNING TO THE RIGHT
Motorists turning to the right at night time should remember that drivers coming in the opposite direction conceivably cannot see the hand signal due to the dazzle of the headlights, and because of this should be very careful not to turn across the approaching traffic stream unless quite sure that the driver of the leading car has plenty of space in which to pull up when the movements of the car turning become plain to him.
