MOSGIEL COURT
At the monthly sitting of the Mosgiel Court before Mr J. It. Bartholomew, S.M., the following civil cases were dealt with: —
Judgment by default was given for R. Muirhead and Son Ltd. against Robert Allan for 9s Id, for goods supplied, with costs 10s. . J. J. Farris proceeded against A. It. Pearce on a judgment summons for £4 9s 7d.—The judgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount claimed, with costs Os, in default lour days’ imprisonment. The United Trading Company I. to. proceeded against A. E. Pearce on a judgment summons for £6 17s Cd.—An order for payment was made with costs 10s in default seven days’ imprisonment.
