King George’s Jubilee Tryst Fund, which «u inaugurated on March 1, 1935, reached a total of £1,031,022 by March 31, 1936. Already £63,850 haa been allocated for the welfare of the rising generation, and £IOO,OOO will be ■pent yearly for three years to meet urgent, demands for similar purposes. It it hoped that further subscriptions will restore the total to £1,000,000, thus providing an income of £35,000 per annum. KINO GEORGE MEMORIAL. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY. July 3. Ttoa Football Association has made a donation of £5,000 to the King George V. National Memorial Fund, which now amounts to £13,800.
